Every SINK score is built from public data. If your actual practice is stronger than what you've published, your score won't show it. That's a disclosure gap — and it's the most common reason small and mid-sized companies score low.
Two ways to close it. One is free.
Think we've misread a source, or missed a public one? Submit it. We review every challenge, publish the outcome, and credit the correction. No payment, ever. This route exists so that no company has to pay us to be scored fairly.
Submit a challenge →For evidence that isn't public — energy bills, internal audits, supplier data, certifications. A reviewer reads everything, cross-references it against public data, and integrates qualifying material into your public score. Sources cited, changes logged.
Every assessment includes:
One-off. No subscription. Early-bird pricing to 30 September 2026.
For companies that use their score commercially — tenders, investor decks, customer pitches. Continuous monitoring against new public data, annual rescore, verified badge, embeddable widget, score-change alerts. £799/year or £75/month.
Yes. We integrate what the evidence shows, in both directions — a rating that only moves up isn't worth having, including to you. In practice companies submit evidence because their practice is ahead of their disclosure, so scores usually rise. Either way, you receive the written assessment note: exactly what we found, and what each question would need. You're paying for the review, not the result.
Because the payment buys reviewer time, not the number. The rubric is public. The same ten questions apply to everyone. Every change is logged publicly, and anyone can challenge it — for free. The free challenge route is the guarantee: no company ever has to pay to be scored fairly.
Possibly — but that's a disclosure gap, not a judgement on your practices. A 50-person manufacturer might have excellent environmental practices but score 25 because none of it is documented publicly. The Enhanced Assessment exists for exactly this: submit your actual data and your score will reflect what you're really doing.
Free public scores are generated within 24 hours. Enhanced Assessments are completed within 5 working days of us receiving your evidence.
